FraudLabs Pro enables merchants to view the validation details right from the Shopify platform. Below are how you can access to the validation details. Alternatively, you may also access the validation details on the FraudLabs Pro merchant area at http://www.fraudlabspro.com/merchant/login
- On your Shopify platform, click on an order to view the details.
- On the order details page, click on the More Action button and you should see Risk Report in the dropdown list.
- Click on the Risk Report, and you should see the validation details as shown in the screen below.
