How to reject SMS Verification for blacklisted phone number

FraudLabs Pro SMS Verification allows you to determine whether to reject the SMS Verification for a blacklisted phone number. This feature could help you to save on the SMS cost by not triggering the SMS verification for a known blacklisted phone number. Instead, an error message about the blacklisted phone number will be returned. You will have to create your blacklisted phone number list for this feature to function. Please read this article on how to do so. Once you are done with the blacklisted phone list update, you can enable the feature by following the below steps.

  1. Login to the merchant area.
  2. Click on Settings from the menu bar.
  3. In the SMS Verification Settings section, enable the Reject verification for blacklisted phone number checkbox.

  4. Click on the Save button.
  5. Done.

One reminder, please make sure to enter the complete phone number, including the country code, for the system to match the right number.
